 വിദ്യാഭ്യാസജില്ലയുടെ  കീഴിലുള്ള  പ്രത്യേക  പരിഗണന അർഹിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ  വിവരങ്ങൾ  താഴെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന  പ്രഫോർമയിൽ  തയ്യാറാക്കി  11-12-2017  തിങ്കളാഴ്ച്ച  രാവിലെ   11 മണിക്ക്  മുൻപായി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്

All DEOs are requested to gather and forward the details of CWSN in the attached proforma by 11 am on 11/12/2017,monday without fail.It is noticed that though instructions have already been given to submit the proposal for preparation of RMSA  plan well in advance the details are not yet received till date.So I once again request to look in to the matter personally and submit details on time.
