Attention of all District Educational Officers, Assistant Educational Officers, Headmasters of T.T.Is and Headmaster/Principals of Departmental HS/HSS in this District is invited to Para 31 of the Kerala Budget Manual and they are requested to take immediate steps to prepare and submit the Budget Estimate 2015-16 under various Head of Account relating to Non Plan Scheme. The Estimate relating to the Aided High Schools and Primary Schools should be prepared and submit by the DEOs and AEOs respectively .
" NB: All DEOS are also requested to send the mail to all the Heads of High schools under their jurisdiction
